The O Family

I had so much fun capturing this beautiful extended family a few weeks ago! In addition to getting to spend the perfect summer morning with these photogenic folks, I also got to catch up with a good friend of mine from back in the college days. Nowadays she's a mama to three ridiculously gorgeous kiddos, who, along with their adorable cousin (in blue), had me on cloud nine with all of their chatter and giggles. I love watching kiddos crack each other up!

Ruby is Two!

I don't capture kids birthday parties often, but I'm sure glad I had the opportunity to experience this one. As you'll soon be able to gather from the images, this lucky little birthday girl had a celebration that was like something straight off of Pinterest! I am so envious of this mama's creativity. I don't know very many 2-year-olds who can say they had real life ponies at their birthday party. Happy birthday, miss Ruby!

Julie & Jerry's Wedding Celebration

After officially tying the knot with a small ceremony on New Years Eve, this beautiful couple held off until summer to celebrate with close friends and family in an intimate backyard reception. Before the celebration kicked off, we snuck over to Fort Steilacoom Park to capture some portraits of the bride and groom. I am so glad we did because this is one seriously photogenic couple. In fact, you would never guess that they were actually roasting in the hot summer heat! Between all of the tiny little details, the bride's gorgeous dresses (yes, that's plural!) and the spectacular weather, the day was absolute perfection. Thank you Julie and Jerry for inviting me to capture such a special event!
